Was fun. Now just frustrating
It was great until later maps. Now it’s too expensive to repair and you can’t progress because you don’t get enough coins to even complete repairs each day. Then there’s these ppl that constantly attack you. In one day I went from second place with 170ish stars to negative 20 stars and haven’t recovered since. Buying spins is double what I feel it should be. . And that would still be a bit much for what you get. Maybe don’t have the system default to just your friends and let you attack anyone that is in the contest with you. Also since it went to an app instead of Messenger the useful result per spin rate seems to have been dropped. When you only get one attack or raid in 20 plus spins it seems rigged.

This game has to be fair between people in different tier levels!
Yo how the heck does someone get so many shields!!?? Iv attacked the person(friend) 8 times in literally 2mins got lucky to get all guns and someone that person has a shield every single time. It happened the other too with the same person(friend).
How do you just a star tournament and already at 130 stars by the end of the day. Not fair how someone that is barely starting the game can be getting all these stars for the tournament, while Im around level 30 and hard to even get 20 stars. Makes the game stupid and not fun anymore. Im so far ahead of this person and she’s already at 130 stars because the low tier is so cheap for stars to win a tournament. So dam ridiculous!

Spams your Facebook inbox
There is a notifications tab in the app to see attacks, they need to stop the feature that spans your entire Facebook (completely different application) inbox with the game, which makes other people on Facebook report you which gets you banned from Facebook or at the very least they block or unfriend you and many people have lost real life friends because of this issue. Stop spamming people’s inbox ffs!!! Even after deleting app it continues even though you don’t play 🤬

Don’t Gaslight Me
This game is addictive I’ll give it that but it’s flawed. You can’t turn off the Facebook messenger option because my inbox is flooded with notifications from the game after I turned them off and on. When I finally upgraded all the territories, the next level up took me back to upgrade the same territories for more coins to upgrade them again, there was nothing new at all. When landing on raids or attacks of 2 specific people it would not allow me to raid them or attack them but take me right back to the spin wheel or allow me to choose to attack someone else. My spins I used to attack or raid that person is then taken and I’m not reimbursed. The cards are pointless you can’t do anything with them. And $5 for 1 gold spin is obnoxiously arrogant. When you use revenge it’s never in conjunction with your active multiplier either. And the multiplier I had set mysteriously disappeared once I ran out of spins and chose to wait. And getting in touch with customer service to fix any of this is a joke I went to message them on their Facebook page and it was unavailable.

Suggestion
I really love the game and how you have to attack and defend, I wish there were more ways to win spins and maybe even a function that let you choose what you shield and how many shields you put on each area. This would help because if you had a maxed out part of your territory you would shield that more than maybe a 1 star part of your territory

WARNING!!! This is the response I got back
Play all the time. I just got enough spins to receive 800 spins it gave me 675 spins and it’s not the first time. Especially when I spend all that time to receive the spins not to mention money to purchase spins. I have contacted tech support a couple times but I never here back.
Now watch your bets I will be betting x2 and the next think I know it has changed to x40

On the slot machine screen, please try tapping the "bet multiplier" button until it shows "BET X1", otherwise each spin of the wheel may be costing you multiple spins - and if your bet multiplier is too high, you may not be able to afford the cost to spin at all. When you complete a Frenzy objective, the bet multiplier is automatically set at its maximum value for you, so that you are able to quickly use the rewards, so please be sure to keep an eye on it. NOT HAPPY!!!
I used to love playing this game. One day about 2 weeks ago it got all buggy. Started taking multiple spins as I was spinning after awarding me with the 900 free spins that I earned. So my 900 spins amounted to about 25 spins. Since then I’ve had 50+ spins for a week and half and the game WILL NOT let me use them. It’s clear that my spins are full but when I press the SPIN button I get the prompt either to purchase 200spins, Invite friends to earn spins(which I’ve already done twice but the way) or watch a video to earn spins. Since I played in through Facebook I thought It may be different if i downloaded the app but it was not. I’m going to give this issue 2 days before I completely take the game off my phone.

Messenger notifications!!
Come on guys notifications are ridiculous! I'm about to delete and block the app as my messenger is going crazy at work. I play the game so Ill log back in when I can, don't need 400 msgs from different friends to say they are near my place, or raided. That's what the news tab is for in the app. Oh and I know I'm out of spins! I'm on 600 stars stop showing me the thug starter pack and option to buy..and I have invited all my friends how can I turn off that annoying pop up!!! Arghhhhhh!!
