Awesome game but done badly sadly
Been playing the tournaments which are really fun to do but ok the verge of deleting I’ve done a few tournaments now but every-time I have more than 4 runs the game freezes and I can no longer play. I took a week or two off to see if it had been fixed but it hasn’t. It’s only upsetting because I’ve played to make sure I get the tokens to enter the tournament and then can’t play a tournament. It’s so frustrating because I do love the game

Expensive
The game started off good until you start opposing players who pay to play. The game is very expensive and becomes a lot harder if you don’t use real money to get decent players. Also sick of playing the same team in league mode. I’ve already lost 6 games in a row to the same player who has 9/11 world class players

Buggy but decent
It’s almost a great game but way too buggy and glitchy which is a shame. Often you use cards for players and thy never appear, often you need an exact number of runs in an over for an achievement but it doesn’t register. Certain pages freeze for a while and occasionally the whole thing crashes. But gameplay is excellent as long as you don’t take it seriously

Probably only 2 stars
Starts well, but just no hope unless you spend lots. Constantly playing 20 level higher players and you have no chance. Liked it to begin with but now a waste of time.
Not bad, but no customer support
Not a bad game, some consistent glitches and playing against BOTs in the PVP is frustrating and takes away the enjoyment of the game. Have had numerous issues since starting to play the game about 6 months ago and although send emails to customer support, no responses or resolutions when I am a player that is constantly paying for upgrades etc.

Where are my player
This game is brilliant, I like it, and before today, I was going to give it 5 stars, UNTIL THIS HAPPENED. So after I finally got 100 black shards, I unlocked a The ‘get a player’ pack, and I got a reliable Electric Heels. Sounds good so far. Until when I checked my team and realised it wasn’t there. I was thinking that maybe I had to refresh my game and it’s just my device not being able to hold this mass storage game. So I refreshed it and to my surprise, it wasn’t there. Please can you check this out. Plus I’ve heard others with the same issue so look at them (I’m not selfish).

Let Down
This has potential to be a great game, even the in app purchases are good value, though you can still progress well as f2p. However the game is hugely let down by the game glitches and crashes (how about some testing?) and the poor matchmaking. It’s no fun if you are constantly losing and you can see that you are going to lose because your opponent is so much more powerful than you are. Please address these points so I can enjoy the game properly and come back with 5 stars.

Bugs
If I leave my phone (up to date iOS) the screen doesn’t switch off so would drain the battery if I don’t physically switch it off.
I go from 9 to 10 energy but it tells me I don’t have enough and I have to close the game and reopen it to play.
In the alliance academy the donation block goes down to 1s and donations left remains the same with the timer jamming and sometime so even if it tells you you have 1 to issue you then leave to the menu and it gives you an error saying you didn’t gave any.
There is others and they will come back to me.
Maybe if they weren’t so hell bent on trying to get you to spending money and fixed the numerous bugs and glitches it could be a good game.

So many bugs
Been playing for around 3 months now, and whilst the game is slightly enjoyable, there are many issues.
First the odds that you see on the screen arent really the odds. how you can have an 80% + chance of hitting a six on every ball on an over and be triple the bowlers rating with a class advantage, yet miss every single ball is a prime example of that. However at other times the game is too easy.
The game initially wouldnt even let me complete the tutorial as it bugged, lagged and crashed out all within the first hour of gameplay. These bugs persist and the game frequently crashes or freezes forcing me to restart the game and even one occasion my phone.
It is evident that the developers are looking to make big money as player progress is probably more time consuming than clash of clans lol. If you wanna spend money this is your game but all in all, I wouldnt bother.

Extremely Poor And Insulting Customer Service
The game is great most of the time but there are serious glitches and malfunctions. When you point them out there is no response - ZERO - which begs the question whether they don’t care enough about their customers to bother or there is some deeper issue. I must have written them about half a dozen emails and complete radio silence - this is both extremely disrespectful to their clientele and insulting
