We've also introduced exciting new features. - We've added the ability for Delivery specialists to set up and update their profiles, along with helper profiles. - HDS can browse and filter orders, then choose the next stop based on their preferences. - We've also enabled HDS to set ETA for orders with notifications to confirm the ETA, enhancing the overall order management experience and improving communication with customers. - We've introduced new order flows, making it easier to capture product photos, update product status, consignee details, signatures, and any other details. - Taking photos of products, residence, and others is now smoother and more efficient for each order. - Complete offline functionality, allowing the app to be used without the internet, with automatic data syncing once reconnected. - Consignees can now complete the proof of delivery (POD) process using a web form from their own device. HDS users can generate and send a link to the consignee, eliminating the need for them to use the HDS device. - The app now supports English and Spanish to improve accessibility for more users.
