Every time i have come near this app i have problems- can’t buy tickets i want, can’t see them, can’t claim them (should use your laptop not your phone)
Last year i bought at the ticket office and waited whilst operator printed out ticket after ticket until she sent for the supervisor who managed eventually to sort it.
This year i wanted to sit next to my son who is also a member but had to drive to his house to do this simultaneously because of data protection.
I feel like a post master faced with a distant Horizon at times.
Am i alone? Have the powers that be ever thought of testing as a user?
