Convenient & User-Friendly

With the latest updates, I can see what my niece learned and reinforce the lessons throughout the day. I can also turn off the device from a distance when it’s time for “oopsie, I guess we’re done!”

New updates working great

We really like the Learning Session Completed details. Allows us to see what content was covered so that we can reinforce it during our daily routines.

Doesn’t seem to work

The App doesn’t seem to do much at all. It doesn’t easily change from broadcast mode to lullaby, it also doesn’t stop the learning session when I oust stop. Starting a learning session takes forever. I don’t see the ability to have the sessions play one after another, in fact the settings section is empty besides unpairing and resetting the device. It’s also not tracking learning sessions. Overall needs significant work.

Hi Sam, Thank you for reaching out to us and providing valuable feedback. We're continuously working on improvement to the mobile app to address functionality. We'd like to share that when changing between the three learning modes of Broadcast, Learning Session, and Lullaby, the device will play through its current content on-screen before changing modes. We'd like to help troubleshoot with the Learning Session Summary which you should receive a push notification for after a Learning Session is completed. Please ensure you have push notifications on for the mobile app. In Past Learning Sessions section of the main menu, you'll be able to see all completed Learning Sessions. Please do note that a Learning Session must be completed fully for it to be logged. After a Learning Session is completed, the device will return to the default Broadcast mode for learning. Again, we appreciate your feedback with using the AILA For Parents mobile app as we continue to make improvements and updates. The app worked once and now it doesn’t do anything. The device itself is stuck of reading the same book over and over. I try starting a session and it just shows a loading circle.
