Swap from android to iPhone
I got an iPhone and previously had an android. This app for android was flawless. I had maybe two issues ever and were resolved within hours. That being said this app for iPhone is absolutely trash. Tracking does not stay on no matter what I have done. I have to turn it on every time I get a new load. Also taking photos rarely works saying file is to large. Only saw this after the switch never once on android. After putting all info in sometimes I cannot compete to move to next step and will be forced to manually input data. Again I never once had a single issue until I switch from android to iPhone. Fix your app!

Location privacy setting changes on its own
Whenever I'm off duty I change the privacy settings to the app to prevent it from collecting my location information, and then I change it back when I go back to work. On several occasions the app changed to "allow location access" on its own.
Too many steps
Remove all the confirmations after each step please. It’s only a waste of time and unnecessary clicks. Also, for me this app is very slow for some reason and it’s been like that with every iPhone I had. Needs little improvements to make the driver’s experience easier and faster.

Great app. More transport companies need to use this. No issue downloading. Must be the users connection if there having issues. Have it downloaded on my iPhone 12 and my old galaxy s10. Works great. Keep updating the app and helping us drivers out. Thanks

Dumbest app ever!
Password
Can’t not recover password. No username password recovery on sign in. My Company can’t even tell me how to recover.
Can’t download
I’m having trouble trying to download the app it keeps saying I need my iPhone pw I’ve changed my pw 3 times and it still won’t let me in to download now the new pw I have still won’t let me in
Tracking
I cannot add the app to motion and fitness so it will track they started today cannot get a hold of anybody to help me I have a iPhone you’ll never report back

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are no longer requiring the motion permission, as long as you accept the Location When In Use and Location Always permission the app should start tracking.
