I love the app. My character — Serephina got stuck in a cage and I can’t get her back. I’ve done everything but I can’t get Serephina out, or myself out of the basement. No matter what 😅

I love playing my city games , this one too, but
1. There is no basement. I feel like they would have a basement based based on the size of the house. I think grandparents houses are big.
2. In the secret room, there are spaces for 4 diamonds on the left wall, and you can find 3 but the other space has coins and you can’t find a 4th. And nothing happens
3. You can’t get out of the secret room, even after assembling the ladder
4. You cannot get everything out of the treasure chest. You can get something’s out, but no matter how hard you try, you can’t get everything.
5. In the car, you can’t get more then 1 person in the it.

terrible customer service
I emailed and messaged My City Support on Messenger and it has been 2-3 and I have yet to get a response.
I originally bought the app for $2.99 and now they want me to buy a $9.99 pack to remove ads and unlock everything. How is that fair? I’m also still waiting on a reply from support.

The ads
The ads mean you can’t see the top part of the screen which causes lots of problems
Unskippable ads
Used to be good. Paid money to buy it but now developer added ads that can not be skipped. You have to actually go to the app store download page for whatever garbage they advertise. Only then you can resume playing.

This is a great game. I've played many times and love it but I almost threw my phone across the room because the chest won't come up and it is very frustrating but I still love the game.

I had this game before and deleted the App but unexpectedly it was supposed to be free for me when I downloaded the game already but is was for money so I paid again but it said I already downloaded this but I checked my app history it’s not their!
