First of all there’s this red notification pop-up that says error, not in correct format.
Secondly, the certificate does not come up on the education tracker on time such that one might think of taking the exam again which shouldn’t be. Ideally, it ought not to give one the chance to re-do the exam provided they have passed the course. I don’t seem to have gotten a hang of the app but It isn’t technical so, I don’t understand what the problem might be. It’s frustrating sometimes.Show lessArfarmh

Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app from my email link, logged in and changed the password and now it won’t open! How do you do CPD on an app that’s not opening? It only flashes and takes me back to Home Screen continuously. Omg. This is terrible! Who do you contact for these problems???ValRgn

I downloaded WCEA to do courses in order to renew my Nigerian nursing license, after completing the 30hours CPD points, I uploaded the certificate on my NMC portal for license renewal, it was rejected and I was asked to link my WCEA certificate to my license renewal application, now I am at a cross end because I don’t know what that means. I have tried calling the WCEA helpline, both the UK and Nigerian number and it isn’t going through. What kind of an app is this? How will I link these two accounts? I do not have another £50 to pay because I believe that will be extortion as I wasn’t given the right path to follow via the App. Also I think the App is limiting, no customer support system. I have emailed and still awaiting response. Please I need one of you to respond to me.

Not working
No problem downloading the app in iOS however after changing the temporary password and logging in, automatically logs out and goes back to the phone home screen. Hope you can fix this issue. Thanksjedlika

Sign up problem
It keeps redirecting me to the app and the website back and forth. I can’t sign up for Nurses association.ThomCR
