App doesn’t update
When you log in it says incorrect format. You have to delete and redownload the app to update it. This has been going on for ages and it’s quite frustrating.MN sunshine
Very buggy

Can’t do easy transfers or exchanges
Options to transfer tickets to another account are locked before the show (so no transferring to a friend if one of you is running late). Also grays out options for exchange or transfer, or even donate. Does not include any information about if this is the policy of the event, the venue, or Ticketmaster.
