Love it but I use it differently
I love this app! But I will say, I don’t use it as it’s designed. For me, I don’t need or want to list out tasks by room. So instead of “rooms,” I create “frequencies.” I have a “room” for daily tasks, one for every day of the week, one for monthly tasks, and one for “other.” In each “room,” I list my to-do’s, like “clean bathroom,” “dust,” etc. I don’t need to list out what I need to do in order to clean the bathroom because I know what needs to be done. I set the frequency to match the room, so daily tasks obviously are to be done every day, then the tasks in the days of the week are set to be done weekly, monthly is monthly, and “other” contains ones that are anything outside of that. For example, I have one in there for replacing my toothbrush head every 3 months, changing my furnace filters, etc. I get a very accomplished feeling when I can check off all items for the day. It’s also easier to see all at once what I want to accomplish that day. It’s easy to move things around to different days, which I did a lot at first as I was figuring out a good rhythm. I think this setup would be a great option to consider integrating as I can’t imagine I’m the only one who prefers it like this.
