Love the service, hate the app
This is just a review of the app itself. Terrible. I’ve been trying to book an appt but cant even log in. Won’t accept my password. Won’t send me a link to reset password (yes, checked junk folder and even tried making a new acct with my email but it says “you already have an account with this email”).
Please please let us book appointments online and not just via this worthless app.audo

Amazing, exactly what I needed to manage my 3 Airbnb listings. Highly recommended. No more worries about an email getting missed, or the appointment not being scheduled. They are always here and always on time. My previous cleaning company missed several cleans, it impacted my super-host on Airbnb. Perfect for Vacation Rental owners
This app is amazing! I manage 35 properties in California. This app allows me to set up all the info for the property and any special cleaning instructions. I can upload images as well. All the information is relayed to the house keeper, this ensures nothing goes undone, and the cleaners have all the answers to ensure everything is perfect EVERY single time. When any of my listings have been scheduled once, all I have to do is hit the “rebook” button and select the date and time and it’s done. I get an email the cleaner will be here and they are always here. No need to check if my text, email, or voicemail was received. As my properties get bookings, I instantly schedule the clean, from anywhere as long as I have WiFi without having to call or email anyone. Super easy, only takes 30 seconds.
