We need a Dark anode
As you can see. I don’t. To contact the company by phone is a mess so I have the app but can’t use it because of my vision so why you try adding a Dark Mode feature. Please take this issue seriously.

I couldn’t access my account with my current password so I changed it , new password not working either. Six months later it let me login with the new password but now i get a notification that my vehicle is already registered so I can’t access my account. App is useless and no info available on their website on how to resolve this issue and customer service is a joke.

I wouldn’t recommend this app at all.
This app is design to get you tickets! It notify u when ever it wants not when it’s supposed to. And when you try to recharge, guess what! it wont let you either the app just don't load correctly or you keep trying to pay and it says an error. What can you expect of PR? Unbelievable. This is really a bad app! And doing on the phone takes a lot of time.

Great app
Not having any problem, most of the bad reviews are years old. You can recharge in seconds, add vehicles, see your balance. I like it.
It’s been months and still can’t add a new car
They steal people’s money, have massive security breaches and can’t even do proper maintenance to keep basic functions in check. These people don’t care AT ALL about their customers but rather they want to line their pockets.
Useless FaceId/finger print login
The application tries and pretend the finger print or facial recognition is for logging in to the app while nothing happens. Notifications are non existing and user interface is glitchy at the best of times. That is if you actually manage to log in in the first place
Horrible app
I’ve tried to pay more than ten times and the app craches out. Then I have to close the app reopen it and start all over again. Did this more than ten times and couldn’t make the payment.
App have error’s
When you delete a car from your account for replace an old sticker , and you try to add the new vehicle with the new sticker says that de vehicle is already register. And you don’t have any representative to resolve the situation, you are alone while someone read your email and weeks later if they read the email, they don’t have anybody working by phone and in the metro office they don’t resolve that kind of issues.

Overcharges and doesn’t reflect balance
This app needs to be removed from the app store. Literally useless.
Works when it wants to, recharging the amount always gives errors but charges you regardless and then the balance never reflects.

Phone number
Should have a phone number to speak with a representative in any case. Would like a notification as to when I go thru auto express on the day I paid and a balance would be nice.
