This is the weather app you should be using.
It can use OpenMeteo on the backend so is going to get you the best forecast available in most locations. And it has a ton of available data. While it’s laying isn’t exactly how I’d like it, it’s understandable and easy to figure out.

Clear, clean information presentation
This is a simple, well designed WX app. Yes, one has to make to temperature conversion from C to F if applicable. That’s an easy mental exercise, or an opportunity for acquiring another app on your device. (I prefer the former.)
