Scam??
After submitting my order, I received a confirmation order. I ordered a gift for a very time sensitive matter to be delivered the next day. The next day, I hadn't received a confirmation email but I knew they were knew in Nashville so I gave it a few days (even though the gifting moment had been missed). Over a month later, I still have not receiving shipping/delivery confirmation, my order details page still says "confirmed" but not delivered, I've tried to email their customer service address multiples times to no avail and even messaged their Instagram page but it hasn't even been viewed. I'm embarrassed of missing the moment to my colleague that I told I ordered a gift to be sent to her immediately yet it never showed AND I'm out 50 bucks.

I’ve been an afloat fan from its very beginning, and I could not be more thrilled with afloat’s growth as THE BEST GIFTING EXPERIENCE ever. Never again will I use Amazon to send a gift. Where has this been all my life - amazing!!
I’m terrible about asking for help, and when I realize I might need some, trying to figure out who to ask just seems like another task. Afloat makes it SO easy! I’ve already set up groups with the moms in each grade at my children’s school, my family, various friend groups, church group, and book club. Everyone said the same thing - where has this been all my life! Family/friend going through a rough time? Afloat can help (sooo much better and more personal than meal trains that end up being more overwhelming than helpful).

I also love that you can send requests out to the larger community if you’re out of town & don’t know where to go to ask for help when you (or someone you know) might need it - or answer requests from people outside your groups if you want to just make someone’s day.
