For some my game never wants to start. When I open the app it’s just a black screen, I wait for like 7 minutes and nothing happens I reopen the app and sometimes it works but most if the time it doesn’t I’d love to play this game but I can’tJoel was here

I love this game! There is just one problem with it, I can’t play it anymore. I left the game for awhile and when I went to play it I was stuck on a black screen! And if it wasn’t a black screen I was stuck on the opening screen and I can’t play! Can you please fix this.darkball1324
