Convenient, but extremely slow
Pretty easy to use, convenient when needed, but can from time to time be extremely slow to use to the point I need to wait until later to try and pay my rent.

The app is pretty straightforward, but when I open it, my phone has a warning that pops up that says “this site is not verified”, which leaves some doubt around the security of the app.
Simple to use
The app makes it easy to keep track of basic things. You can make payments, place maintenance requests, and keep track of any announcements/events that impact the building (e.g., water shutoff, etc.). 5 stars.

Setup for bank account transfer is broken on iPhone, the app asks for pop-up permissions in settings (which doesnt exist), please look into and fix that. Would also like to see an itemized list of expenses for budgeting purposes. Otherwise, a pretty decent app for paying rent!
