Awful app from the start and poor of communication
This app has performed extremely bad from the moment I downloaded and paid for a one month subscription. I kept getting a ‘failed to refresh’ notice EVERY time I opened the app. I immediately emailed the company with feedback that was not acknowledged, and I also requested a refunded, which was also ignored. I tried deleting and reinstalling a fee times with no changes. I feel like some of the statistics are inaccurate and it’s the end of the first month and the app is still just as terrible as it was at the start of this month.
