I have been using them for a while now and they have pretty good writers. Some not so much. When requesting refunds it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone. You give them all the information they request and you still don’t receive refunds or an update as to where they are along in the process of issuing or denying your refund. I posted a job one day and the next day after paying the app the writer said she couldn’t figure it out and that I needed to find another writer. When that happens they don’t refund your money after you deposit it so in order to get another writer to finish the job you have to deposit more money to repost that job. The initial job I’m talking about was in March 2022, since that job was posted and I requested a refund, I had another issue and the same thing happened. No refund issued no update.

This app has some scammers and some people who don't know what they are doing. I had to be refunded because the writer who wanted my assignment hasn't given me anything since march 2nd so i ask for a refund. Y'all use cheap writing essay online. As for essay pro y'all need to make this app more sophisticated for writers , writers who will do the job

Do not and I repeat do not use this app. These “writers” are embarrassing to say the least. Their writing skills are laughable and English is clearly not their first language nor second. If you really want to pay for a broken essay filled with grammatical errors and repeating sentences then go for it. Their writers are rude, unprofessional, and never submit anything on time or let you know what they’re doing. Oh and don’t even try getting a refund BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Their support is nothing and you’ll get the message of “We’ll contact admin and open an investigation”. They won’t and never do. Biggest scam of an app. I used this many time thinking maybe I just picked a bad writer but no…they’re all bad.
