Unusable
The app connects slow but never works when it finally connects. Uninstalled unfortunately. Very disappointed in the app, but I love the base.
App doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to get my bed to work via the app and it doesn’t. I thought I was doing something wrong, but I can see by the reviews it isn’t just Me. This app defeats the purpose now.
Don't fix what's not broken
For years this app worked wonderful until they started messing with things and now it doesn't work at all lol
Update has made to app unusable
The app states it is connected to the frame but not functions. The app is worthless since the update. Work great before now I’ve just delete from my phone as. It is a waste of space.
Update doesn’t work
The new updated app doesn’t work. Keep the real remote close by! Please fix as it is supposed to work with our phones. Great selling point that doesn’t exists right now. 😫
