  • Beautiful App!

This is a beautiful, stable, well-organized, and easy to use app that helps me plan my skywatching sessions.

It reports the current lunar phase and lists notable deep sky objects on display based on your location. This is a big help as I choose Messier objects to check off my list.

I like this app so much that I’d like it to do even more to help me plan my viewing. For example, it would be helpful to include solar data (sunrise/sunset), planetary data (where are the “wanderers” this evening), meteor showers, and other celestial events—e.g., conjunctions.

Even as-is, this is a high quality app. It is easily worth its current low price, and I would pay $10 for an equally well-designed app that incorporates additional information.

    Developer Response

Thank you so much for your feedback! It's been invaluable as a guide of what features to add next. In fact, an upcoming update will include solar and planet info. And definitely researching how to include the rest!
  • Impressed!

Fantastic app! Very impressed. Especially since it is free. This is what I needed for planning my observing sessions. Thank you!
