Thanks for your notes! We've released a new version of the app (v1.2.0.281) that address several bugs and even added new features like kidney pool support and customer visit sharing via email! Please update to the new version and try again. There's a feedback tab in the menu to let us know if the problem persists. Also, we've noted the two points you mentioned about the auto-capitalization and state field in our feature backlog to implement for the next app update! Thank you!
