Delivery service is not so good
INSANELY BAD
Had something missing from my order, customer support was literally beyond useless, there was only 3 employees and none of them could comprehend simple sentences, would’ve had better luck communicating with a wall.
Absolutely do not recommend this app, if you do use it, please check your orders before the delivery driver leaves.

Very Bad delivery service
I ordered last night and today from Survv both orders arrived late and what made worse that I received pick up notifications then after 40 mins and 1 hour I received my orders despite both restaurants in 15 mins range by car. Very disappointed by your customer service and drivers
Unusable
Downloaded the app for 70 seconds. Unusable, slow, and apparently all the restaurants are sold out of stuff? I really don’t know how these apps make it on the App Store to be fair…
