Nearly worthless app
I’m unable to use the videos during alert notifications. I can see the live cameras if I initiate the video but when the monitoring service sends an alert, nothing.
Also, iPhone will not store the username and password for this app.Dr Patrick Calhoun
Worst App Ever
Connection to cameras, nearly impossible. Maybe 1 in 10 attempts to access cameras will be successful. Absolutely the most lame and inept “security” system app on the planet. Totally unreliable, completely unusable, job site totally vulnerable and accessible to any thief; even the dumbest most lunatic homeless person can walk away with anything they want. In a word…stupid. When incidents are reported none appear on the application. Other features like arm system or disarm system not functional. Actual security stations alarms, horns, strobes don’t work when activated. Great system…for suckers wanting to waste thousands of dollars a month….total rip off. Need to research other companies.DonlonBob007

Terrible app. Can never open the cameras when needed. Just sits there and loads over and over. Just ridiculous.Be nice to see see something
