Leave a Review HEALTHLYNKED COVID
Asleep at the Wheel
In one day the app reports almost 4 million new US infections (August 7 to August 8)! It is now August 10 and no corrections have been made. There is no way this data is accurate. No other body seems to be reporting these kind of numbers. Surely the app developer needs to ground truth their data and issue comment on using it. Also they need to incorporate a back step in the app so if you want to get data from multiple US states you don’t have to keep searching for US as a country each time to list states again.Show lessHow do we know
How do people know this is the best app to use for contact tracing? I have searched the internet for the app suggested for my area and I found nothing. I want to make sure I am doing my part to help and since there is other tracing apps out there, how do you know which one to use!? Do all the apps share the same info? If everyone isn’t downloading the apps, how effective will tracing be? I know these are more professional answers and not actually about the app or a review but I don’t know how else to get my questions out.Show lessBEWARE OF SCAMS
After downloading and using this app, I began to receive calls numerous times a day from locations from New York, Washington DC, LA, and Texas claiming to be an organization linking to the CDC. They asked me for my personal information (date of birth, address, social security number) before asking me to pay $286 for a COVID test. I was very sick and unable to identify this as a scam until after the fact when my husband heard what had happened. I was told $286 was the cheapest they could go for a test that was free at my local CVS. Due to heavy accents and improper English, I’m assuming every call I received was from someone out of county. Please beware. Do not give any of your personal info over the phone. I’m sure I will be paying for this mistake for a long time.Show less
