Easy to download and use, but deceptive!
The app is something every concerned person should want to have available. It was easy to download and it is very easy to use. I have no problem with that. But the advertising said it was a free download, which suggests that it is a free app. It is not free; it is a subscription that has an expiration date and will automatically be billed to your account. I cannot comment on whether the app works or is any good but I can say be very cautious at the download stage. thought I was downloading a free app as no cost shown. Luckily I did NOT press continue & deleted the app - I checked on my App Settings that no purchased had been made for safety. It is a lie that it is free
The App came up on my phone and said it was free. So I installed it and then when I try to use it I was advised I had to purchase the App for $113 a year. If they told the truth when it came up I would not have installed it. Good concept but they need to be honest and not claim it is free when it first appears. Really unhappy at being charged for the HR Monitor App when I decided not to proceed seeing the charges. This is dodgy and poor customer service. I have not downloaded the app!Kapiti63
