Still getting Ads after paying not to

I apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that you are still seeing ads even after attempting a restore, and I regret any frustration this may cause. It is possible that your purchase of "No Ads" was not completed successfully. To help me investigate this further, could you please follow these steps: Open the Settings app on your iOS device and tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap "Media & Purchases," then "View Account," and finally "Purchase History." If you cannot find the "No Ads" purchase in your history, it's likely that the purchase was not completed. If you do find the "No Ads" purchase in your history, but are still seeing ads, please also contact me at support@seg-soft.com I would appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot of the receipt email sent by Apple at the time of purchase or a screenshot of your App Store purchase history.
