Great Game Overrall
Definitely my favourite of the series- the supernatural aspect had a lot of fun moments to it. Tons of cool characters in this one, and a super strong main crew. Wish the story didn’t wrap up so fast and not 100% with that ending, but I did enjoy this a lot!!
Extremely Bugged
Its a good game series, don’t get me wrong, but this game specifically has a ton of bugs. First, most ads break the audio, and only the music can be heard. This can be fixed by leaving and entering the game. However, this brings me to issue number two, where sometimes, if you do the fix for the audio problem, the last star you collected disappears, and you don’t even get your energy back. This is extremely annoying because most ads these days are 1+ minutes long and you have to wait at least a total of 53 seconds to actually get back to the game, but again, ads break the audio. Lastly, one time I was using a star to interview a suspect, but then it still gave me the option to interview them, and once again, it didn’t give me my star back. Went back and got another star and, just like I thought, the game sent me to the interview AGAIN, and the same thing happened. It was only after I restarted the game that I was able to progress.

Love the game but it won’t open on my iPad. My software is up to date but I try and open it and it closes straight away.
Update defect supernatural criminal case
had an update on supernatural criminal case approx 2 months ago, still unable to open game, crashing at startup. Very disappointed it hasn’t been solved, as other criminal case games have been fixed. I like to finish a game before going on to the next, has put me off playing any of the other criminal case games

A Fun game held back by a bad system
The game is fun. The story is pretty interesting even if it is kinda loaded with tropes. Which in a way adds a bit of charm to it. But the game does have a mechanic that will actually lock you out of progress for very extended periods of time unless you’re willing to pay or send the game to friends. It’s one thing to have numerous ads (and numerous they are). It’s expected of a free game. It’s even expected that there would be a way to speed things up by paying. But to be essentially locked out of the game’s progress for 24hrs because I’m not interested in sending the game to my friends and doing the devs advertising for them is incredibly silly. It’s beyond silly. It’s ridiculous. Or having to wait for 12 hours for a key part of the game to continue is discouraging. If this system wasn’t in place, easily 5 star game. But it’s held back by a poor choice in mechanics.

Love the game
I’ve been playing this game non stop and it is just so addicting. I don’t like the fact that it takes 2 minutes to refill energy tho. But that’s besides the point. Yesterday I stayed up till about 3am just playing the game. I love that there is more games like this and really enjoy playing them. I play on my moms computer, my computer, and my phone.

Fun Game, but…
I remember playing the first in the series on Facebook. I saw this one and thought it would be fun to get back into. The game is a lot of fun. But the amount of ads is extremely annoying! And paying to speed up insanely long tasks ain’t worth it. It’s a game to play for maybe 15 mins then ignore until the next day when you can do stuff again.
