Hey so when you login on the app and then click on an auction it logs you out and you can’t add any items you your watched list

The online auction adds time to literally all of their items that they want more money for and adds time so you end up paying a ton of money.

So you have to pre approve for a auction..that’s fine but I haven’t been able to see what my max limit is so the screwed themselves out of money $ 5000. Pm a farm equipment auction🤣🤣🤣. What a waste of my time

Bought a hotsy pressure washer phoned seller claimed in purfect running condition ended up needing new pump thousand dollars.Not right having online auction if selling junk and not backing buyers when this happens
Issues and suggestions
Decent app. PLEASE fix the refresh issue: When you leave the app, even for 2 seconds, it resets your browsing to the top of the list. Extremely frustrating when there’s 1500+ items in one continuous list. Either make it so it’s keeps your place when switching apps or make the list only 50 or 100 lots per page.
Also, it would be great to have a box to write notes in about a specific lot when viewing that lot.
You charge 15% on both ends of the lot, Timberlind is 5%, I feel like these are obvious things which should have been addressed ages ago.

Dragged out timed auctions.
Who is tired of the dragged out timed auctions. It's about time to go back to the live auctions, snooze or lose style. Is it just me or are these timed auctions getting longer and longer. Bull crap it is.

It’s great the have an app , and it’s user friendly, but would be nice if they would have more information about the items or a place to ask a question via email or text

Such a great set of people that run these makes you feel like your right at home love the thrill of bidding it’s a small rush when you win
