Never have been able to deposit a check with the picture app. I have tried several times.My Reviews rc
Unstable and Slow
The app takes quite a bit of time to load. Sometimes my Unser ID is missing and I have to re-enter. On the bill pay feature the payment date and send on dates are backwards and indicate that the payment will be made before it is sent. Obviously a programing issue.Thinkpad2019

I use this app on my iPhone and a lot of times I’ve tried to open the app I get either just the American flag or or a message saying that I have been timed out and then can’t login for a long time meaning days sometimes.dumberthan dumb
Disappointed
Old app was discontinued with no notice, it wasn’t very good to begin with. New app freezes every time I try to log in and input my info. I’m becoming more interested in changing banks to an institution that has their IT products that function correctly.DCellBatteries
