Gift card issue
Love Bobo’s! But the app won’t allow me to apply my gift card balance for payment - it gives me an error message every time. This is a real bummer considering the app is the only way to pre-order, so I have to order in-person and wait if I want to use my gift card. Love the food and drinks, though!jebrad8

FOOD IS AMAZING
I was born in Wisconsin and came all the way to NY for work. This is by far the best cafe on planet earth. I am able to do work, have an amazing iced americano, with my all time favorite menu selection “the number one”. If you have not tried this place, you are missing out. Even my girlfriend who always seems to be picky never says no to this place. This is a win win spot. Also side note if you would like to try the shmelt, by all means do. Love Bobo’s; Hate the App w/no Face ID
No face ID, so you are constantly re-entering your username and password. The fields do not auto-populate, so you will have to go through it painstakingly. If you forget PW, you will have to reenter all fields until you get it (over and over). If you need to reset PW, it will send you a code, which you will enter, then self-populate all fields, but if you don’t select a password that the system will accept, it will make you REENTER everything again. It’s functionality could be improved easily, but it has been like this for years. I abandon a lot of orders because I can’t deal with the username/PW every time.Show lessian4ian
