I tried several times to register but the application would never get past the consent page.
Waste of time
I don’t know how people in Poland manage to travel by train. I guess not with ease. I tried booking tickets on the PKP website, then intercity then bilkom but all of them were terrible so I tried this app instead. First it was down for maintenance, when I first tried to book tickets, and now that I’m successfully logged in it just keeps telling me that 'no offers fulfill the criteria' no matter what train or ticket type I pick. It’s utterly useless.

I’m sorry, but app is trash
User flow is poor. Design looks so cheap and old. Login required to purchase a ticket, when web version is not.
Polish staked in 2000s
All that polish technology do are very very poor and never works well. Highly recommend never try this app for buying tickets ☠️

Not possible to buy International ticket like the Intercity website advertises.
Terrible!
Majority of the time there is a problem with the app, bugs trying to type in info, payment problems etc. Overall horrible experience. Come on people, it’s 2024, do some QA, fix those bugs it’s not rocket science!!!
Simple and works well
Just add ability to convert IC tickets into the wallet pass.
Awful
Downloaded app as a frequent user of PKP. Worked the first time. The second time my password did not work so I had to reset it (even though it is saved on my phone so there is no way it wouldn’t work). Reset it my ticket was gone. Have no record of it. They can’t solve anything through the phone because the app is “new technology” but had I bought it through the regular website they would’ve been able to help me. How is it new technology is the app is 4 years old. I have record of the purchase on August 5th. The ticket was not sent to my email, website account is different from app account so no record of it. I have emailed them and have been waiting for a copy of my ticket for the past three days. My train is at 4:50am tomorrow and it is 11:00pm. Still no response. I refuse to buy a new ticket. This is ridiculous. My train ride is over 8 hours long there is no way there will be seats available now. There was only a few left when I booked it on August 5th. Major failure of an app. And customer service.

Worked fine while in Poland
I didn’t have any issues using this app in Poland. I read the poor reviews about this app and downloaded KOLEO instead, but I had problems paying for tickets with that app. A local person helped me saying she uses this app. My husband and I were able to get tickets easily with this app. Whew! 😅
