About

1500cals is a calorie and exercise tracking tool I built after losing 50kg in 2022 through simply watching what I ate and starting to exercise. The main "trick" I uncovered is planning meals ahead. It sounds boring, but it's such a tiny effort for such life-changing rewards that it should be a no-brainer. Existing tools focus on tracking after eating - great for data, but it never helped me lock in a routine. I wanted to bring planning and tracking together in one easy app. This is 1500cals! HOW IT WORKS Plan your week with meals you already make and love. Add meals and snacks for each day. Connect Apple Health and your steps and workouts sync automatically - calories burned are deducted from your day like magic. 1. Sign in 2. Plan your week with meals, recipes or photos 3.
