I HATW this app so much
Why do I have to open my other bank app just to use this one this app literally won’t open unless I select card controls from my cox community app it’s really annoying.
App doesn’t work
When I try to sign in it either tells me to download the mobile banking app (which I already have downloaded) or when I try to sign in, tells me my username or password is incorrect. Loved this app until it didn’t work anymore.
Brilliant idea, more banks should do this
The app instantly alerts you when a charge is posted to your card, which is fantastic for detecting fraud. It also has features where you can add a travel plan so it doesn’t automatically shut your card down if you use it on a trip. I have found the user interface to be fairly intuitive, once you’re able to log in and get it set up, which is the biggest issue. The first time you log into it, you have to do it through the link in the Fox mobile banking app. If you try to log in through the cards app, it will say invalid password, regardless if it’s correct or not. But once you’ve opened it through the banking app and set it up with your card, you can open it through either one. This little hiccup is why I gave it four stars. Otherwise it’s a great app!

Won’t allow sign in
I’ve changed my password specifically because this was telling me I was entering wrong and double checked my sign in name on other site and app. This app still won’t let me pass.

This app is not user friendly. I try to load it and it doesn’t do anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.
Works great
Just tried it out. The notifications are very fast indeed.
