Amazing!

i’m very grateful for this app the explanations when you get things wrong or correct, are very clear and go into good detail. The explanations are not short and answer all the questions you may have the app has a nice looking UI and is very appealing. I am very excited to study for my A+ exam using this app.

Good

Good but doesn’t provide resources to review or study other than the comments after you answer a question.

Worth it

I used this app for 30 minutes each night and did videos and labs on weekends. Studied for 30 days overall while working full-time and passed both A+ exams two weeks apart, each on the first attempt. An excellent resource!

Congratulations on passing the exams. We are happy to know that our app is useful to you. Please recommend it to your friends. Thank you so much!

Test questions

A lot of the test questions are biased towards people born around the year 2000. The term “old laptop” is too general. Some laptops still contain 2 1/2” drives in them. Some of the test question answers will list a choice 2.5 “ hdd + a ssd or even a m.2 type drive option for replacement in a answer list. All are valid test question answers. Not just a ssd or m.2 choice is correct provided the hardware will support them. At least the question could include 10 years ago to get an idea of the technologies to pick from These drives are used in notebooks and older laptops such as my 2013 macbook pro. Is that considered old? Some one born 20 years ago probably does not know what “older technology” really means The test question answers need to be proof read by someone over 30 There is a lot of age bias

Lots of guessing game questions that requires not problem solving but mind reading like girlfriends i had the past until i met the right one.

It’s Okay, But Not Great

As an IT professional with over 25 years in the industry, I decided to pursue an A+ certification to help strengthen my edge in, what is, a terribly over-saturated industry. While this app has given me some insight into areas of knowledge I need to brush up on, I still find it rather inadequate as a study tool due to its vaguely worded questions and poor grammar. Furthermore, its assessment of one’s ability to pass the A+ exam seems to be more of a measurement of how much of the content they’ve covered in the app.

I’d also like to note that there are many questions that are tedious and trivial. In over 25 years of a vastly dynamic IT career, I have never had to bother with some of the content matter in some of the questions I have come across in this app. Do the A+ exams ACTUALLY cover such tedious and trivial content matter? If not, such questions in this app are an utter waste of time and brain space.

Needs explanation

I paid for the pro version, which is no problem. But as I’m going through the app, I still don’t understand and can’t find information on exactly how the app works in terms of its learning. I don’t understand how the percentage calculator works. I redo the quizzes, and sometimes the percentage goes up, but most the time it doesn’t, regardless if my answers are correct or not

Clarification on how the app is calculating these things would be helpful

Don’t use this app!

This app seemed really promising and I really enjoyed it for a while. I even bought the app. I took a break from the app for a couple weeks to come back and find that they changed their Pro feature. Now it’s a freaking subscription and my purchase is no longer valid. Also, I noticed some of the answers are incorrect. Also, this isn’t really a study guide. It’s more a practice test app if you already have the knowledge. If you do not have any knowledge then tough luck actually learning the material.

Response from developer

We highly appreciate your feedback. Actually we provide users with both learning section and practice test section. You can experience practice test after learning. Regarding your subscription being lost, would you mind contacting us at support@abc-elearning.org to tell us in detail about this? Look forward to hear from you and we can support you further. Thank you.
