When I downloaded this game I was so excited, but I bought an in game purchase. It wouldn’t work so I deleted the game and reinstalled it. It deleted all my progress but did not store my gems when I pressed restore purchase button. I wrote them a letter but they said there was no way to restore the purchase. Now I am so enraged to learn that they track your location, and information. I want my money back.Show less1 hippy

Since all payments are processed through the Apple Pay system, you should contact Apple Support for a refund. We do not directly handle your payments and do not have our own payment system. Also, please note that when you delete the game, you will lose all of your previous progress. This is because all of your data is stored on your phone, and we do not collect or store any of it. It was a very good game at the start but then I lost a defensive war and now every country hates me and keeps attacking me. Now I can’t use my military to fight of these countries since I am being invaded so often and I also can’t make any resources or money because of the invasions either. The worst part of all is that there is no way to start a new game so I’m stuck in a loop and I can’t get out.Show lessSub to SnixZ

Thank you for your comment! If you want to restart the game, you can tap the three lines in the top left corner and select the 'Restart' button. This will allow you to begin the game from the beginning. Alternatively, you can tap on the flag at the top and choose a different country to play. In future games, to enhance your foreign policy skills, consider building embassies, forming alliances, and negotiating deals to establish good relations with other countries. While it may not be possible to befriend every nation due to differences in religion and ideology, you can always find potential allies. Additionally, you can build an Industrial Center, pass the Military Production Law, change your religion to Hinduism, instantly hire troops for gold in the Troops menu (second tab), and train them. There's also a military branch in the Research section that enhances your army. This strategy can help you defeat any enemy in the game.
