Terrible customer service and lack of transparency
Most reputable companies send reminders before charging for subscription renewals—Unimeal does not. Instead, they rely on receipts after payment has been deducted, leaving customers blindsided. When I questioned this, they cited their refund policy but failed to address the lack of transparency and basic customer service standards.
To make matters worse, the product itself was far from satisfactory. Customization options for meals were extremely limited, making it impractical for my needs. When I raised my concerns, I was met with canned responses and no accountability.
Unimeal appears more interested in holding onto your money than ensuring customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using this service and encourage anyone considering it to look elsewhere. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope others don’t fall into the same trap.

I guess they would prefer to take the 3 month charge knowing that if they offered a 7- day trial period no one would continue after the trial.
