So disappointed in this app and buying experiences. I have patiently waited to 10 am to purchase something and wondering how is it sold out at 10:01 am .. Then I dislike how there isn’t a 360 view of ALL the outfits when displaying . Plus I dislike the No refund or exchange policy . But I gave it a chance . As I have brought something that was tight around my next and couldn’t fasten.. So I decided to keep and place in my give to Goodwill pile ..

App good, customer service bad
The app is amazing. Very easy to navigate. The customer service is horrible. The app says shipping 5-7 business days so the owner thinks that includes the time of handling as well and states that she has 5-7 business days to ship. I believe she does not know the difference between handling and shipping and was very condescending about it. She lost a customer but given her attitude I don’t think she cares. It’s a good thing that her boutique isn’t the only boutique that sells the exact same clothing.Show lessivoria79
