Great way to keep track of all of your gear
What an awesome app for keeping track of all of your gear. It will also save from buying stuff that I already have if I have t used it for a long time. And will help with the planning of my adventures it’s a great professional app couldn’t recommend more

I have recently downloaded GearLog and I have to say it’s a wicked app. There is nothing else I have found out there that has the ease of use. The support from the team at GearLog is epic they can help you customize the platform to be perfect for your needs. 100% recommend to anyone who has heaps of gear and wants a modern way to keep it all sorted.

Gearlog is awesome
I’ve been using this for about a week now and its a great way to manage organisational gear. Easy to use and FREE. The fact that it has an APP means that you never really have an excuse for not logging things. I know this has been an issue for a lot of organisations. They have a system in place but no one uses it properly. Highly recommend!

Great way to maintain and track gear
I’m loving how this app and site keep advancing. There are a few things I would love to see in future iterations, but it’s been great so far.

Even though a newbie to GearLog, I find it easy to use and a well organised logging system. Any questions I have are answered immediately. As a medical officer for a Scottish Mountain Rescue Team, I need to keep well organised and thorough records. It’s hard to keep my eye on over 150 items of lifesaving kit, GearLog does it for me. Great app, would thoroughly recommend.

Great solution for inventory and inspection of gear!
This is easy to use and a really good tool to have for keeping an inventory of your gear and being able to keep a log of inspection.
So far, I have been 100% satisfied!

Brilliant Idea!
As a long time user of LighterPack, a web-only platform focused mainly on ultralight hikers and backpackers. Two significant features lacking in LighterPack are a mobile APP and the ability to actually ”manage” gear inventories. Think backcountry rescue teams, guides, gear-nerds, outdoor programs, COPE/Ropes courses, etc., etc.
With Gearlog, Kit and fellow nerds have devised a solution. Inspections, hours of service, useful life, reminders for in service reviews, retired gear, and options for serial numbers. It’s all there.

What a fantastic app. GearLog is a professional setup with all the features you’d ever need to keep professional quality records on your PPE. The developer is clearly part of the community and understands the demands placed on organisations to keep accurate records.
