This is a scam. Just bought it and the app won’t even open

We do apologise you had a difficult experience with us at the time. We did take your review very seriously and updated our app and fixed the very rare problem. Please update the latest version, the app servers are all up to date and works fine. We are happy for you to use our app again :)
