Can't upload profile pic
I tried to upload a photo many times, but it always got stuck. 😡 As of right I still don't have a profile photo.

Can’t even change your profile pic on this app it just freezes up. And when looking at a voting tickets to be deleted in throws you out of app.

i love the concept of this app and have seen my bias in times square billboard thanks to it, but the app is super buggy. it crashes the moment i click on the link to check how many tickets are to be deleted! every single time! i emailed their customer support multiple times but no answer :( please fix this issue!!!

Language option
I can’t change the language though the app’s introduction says it supports to use of three languages 😅

Language option
There doesn’t appear to be a way to change the language option. If there is, it’s not easy to find without knowing the language. So I don’t know how to navigate or register so I bounce.

App crashes any time I go back home after getting votes
No 500 points
Everyone else who signed up for this app mentioned they got around 500 points/votes for joining i didn’t receive this sign up bonus and my app won’t load in videos so I can’t receive votes from them either or the Korean only shopping section, it’s alienating foreign fans and users.
