Too good to be true
I ordered a delivery of just two tanks on the 24 hour delivery. My order showed up super late with no explanation of why. And at that point is was useless. I had to call to even get a ETA on the order. When customer service answered I think it was being run out of some college kids basement. I’d avoid if I was you.Show lessmorgmorgs11

Fantastic!
I don’t own a car but I own a grill... This app is exactly what I (desperately) needed. The app itself seems super new so it needs some development and bug fixes however, the world of Amazon has made us ridiculously spoiled so if you just accept the minor flaws, this service does exactly what it promises!
Yes, I have to temporarily let go of my millennial expectation of now/live/fast apps to support a smaller non-corporate business that is local, easy trade off.
We have had Jimmy deliver to us each time, he is very polite and communicates well. When I placed my first order, I was concerned because I didn’t see order updates in real time (you only see tracking progress after the physical process has started). I phoned after hours and a very nice representative answered my call and confirmed everything for me within 2 minutes, because my order was already on her radar (when does that ever happen??). Convenient service and fair price
No more having to carry my empty propane tank 7 blocks to exchange it. Price is just about equal to blue rhino/etc plus if you plan ahead delivery is free! Tank was in good condition too. If u live in city like I do and love to grill check out Kangaroo for your LP!jnmkta

Don’t believe the positive reviews — this place is actually a scam. I ordered a new propane bottle and it never showed up. The order was marked as “completed” so I can’t use the chat feature (which is only for open orders) and they never replied to my emails.
