It does not let its users delete their account right on the app. This clearly violates Apple’s policy: “Starting June 30, 2022, apps submitted to the App Store that support account creation must also let users initiate deletion of their account within the app”ChasingGamey

I needed a medical certificate for school and was able to speak to a doctor with the app, who promptly sent me the certificate. Glad I could do it from the convenience of my own home!Iucida
