New Database from Sync Server / Connect to Server screens - now have manual IP Address / Port Number connection method, to allow for routers that don't forward broadcast to mobile devices on Wifi.

All changes to this version are enhancements. The majority are database engine features added for compatibility with the desktop version. Mobile screen changes: * Added 'Getting Started' hint on start page, displayed when there are no recent databases. * Improved version incompatibility message for sync. Now shows versions more clearly and provides guidance on how to fix. New database engine features: * Added 'Float Add' calculated field type. * Added 'Float Multiply' calculated field type. * Added 'Float Subtract' calculated field type. * Added 'Currency Multiply by Float' calculated field type. This allows a currency value to be multiplied by a factor, for example to calculate a currency conversion. * Added 'Record Identifier' field type. Add a new field to a table with this type to allow the record ID to be displayed in a view or form. * Added 'Record Created' field type. Used to work out when a record or field was first updated. * Added 'Record Updated' field type. Used to work out when a record or field was last updated. * Added 'Substitute Text' field type. Allows a template to be used to create a single field with multiple field values. * Added 'Sum Children' calculated field type that adds values from referenced (child) records, i.e. those entered through 'with' tab. Used this to add 'Current Market Value (with ...)', 'Current Market Value (Box)', 'Total Paid (with ...)' and 'Total Paid (Box)' fields to Collection (Other), Scale Models and Die Cast templates. Database engine changes: * Currency Add and Subtract field types now result in non-additive values if provided field A or field B are not additive. For example, if a Sum Children (e.g. sum of accessories with model) is involved. This is to prevent double counting on reports. * Lookup calculated field type now inherits additive behaviour (will sum up on reports as appropriate). * Increased maximim size of field description to 1000 characters (from 250). * Modified Integer and Float to be 'Integer Non Additive' and 'Float Non Additive'. Created Integer and Float with additive behaviour, so that values can be summed if required.
