Reviews of OneRecord

  • OneRecord LLC shame on you…

Blows my mind that they require you to create a account (Name/DOB/Email/Phone#) even before they allow you to check if your insurance/provider/plan is even compatible with their app. Seems like the goal is to collect people private information by disguising themselves as a service.
  • Worthless

Tried to connect to two different providers & watched the app spin endlessly after connecting to provider portal. Tried again in browser, same result. API definitely not ready for prime time. 😵‍💫
  • Nice idea

But the list of participating insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, etc is just too small. This is a common problem and the blame Moreno the provider than the app developers but ultimately the app is of little use.
