Fix end game issue when completing all 456 PB2X puzzles. Fix a bug in PB2X level 67. Fix a bug in PB2X levels if all bubbles are popped and there are only star bubbles remaining and level fails to end properly. Added a new leaderboard: combined score - all scores from all game modes combined into one.
