Certain ads make it impossible to play this game.
I’ve loved this game for a couple of years and would have rated it 5 star until a few weeks ago. I never even minded the ads, even though they’ve been getting more frequent and longer duration. But now there is a particular add that is persistent and gives me no way to close it no matter how long I wait. The only way to get rid of it is to re-boot my phone only for it to come back after a couple of other ads that behave properly and close after an appropriate interval. The problem ad is titled “Fun Fortress” and has “H5 - Game Hub” within the landing page. I have an iPhone 12 Pro running IOS 17.4.1 If you don’t get rid of this ad or get the advertiser to fix this bug i can no longer play your game.
Just another point that might be relevant is that I get the identical ad on other apps too but yours is the only one that has this problem.

I love this game
Sadly I haven’t found out about if it needs Wi-Fi but I do know that you should buy this game but when you start it will look easy because you have just bought the game but after the first level it gets trickier it times you for about 12 minutes and if you do it under the period of that time you pass but if you don’t sadly you don’t pass every day you get a daily challenge but when you have finished it for that day you can only play the normal games !

How good it is
A really good game and I like how it’s a sort and you have to find the different things now for kids to play by yourself. I love how it shows you how many you’ve already done look at the top I think it’s just i’m really good game. I’m one more thing or maybe more that I love you sort the things at the bottom. The only thing I would like that is a little more is if it had a hit button if you click that button it would give you like a hit, you like harder and harder and harder and harder and harder and I just get a really good game for kids and hasn’t that kids can run with and play like I saw that I played violin, so yeah I think it’s like a really good game for kids to play and they just enjoyed it their whole life if they have it on their life the game, so yeah another thing about the game that I like that when you say like shake I think that’s just like really cool and how you can move it around and flip it and stuff so you can see the thing and when it goes, it shows like the front of the thing that it is for example, watermelon showed you the front of the watermelon

Major bug issues, support doesn’t care
This was my favorite game for years and then 2 months ago after an update I started having major issues with most components of the game. I no longer can increase my rewards in any part of game due to spinning ads. This has impacted my ability to win or even place in individual tournaments and has impacted my ability to help my team win weekend tournaments. Support was unhelpful, offering coins and skip its that didn’t help the issue or I couldn’t use as these were also impacted by the bugs in the game. Maybe offer a pro badge so I can at least use the level multiplier and at least have a chance in tournaments. I was trying to check in with support on a weekly basis to get a status update on the fix and my last message resulted into an incredibly rude response telling me I don’t need to message every time I had an issue. If I had been messaging every time I had an issue, they would have a message from me every 2-10 minutes, when I completed a level. Apparently 3 messages in 6 weeks of no fixes was too annoying to their support team. Currently trying to find something new to play as it’s now been close to two months with nothing but excuses or rude responses.

Ruined by greedy developers
Clearly the staff are on a profit related bonus because whoever is in charge (and I would guess this a recent new employee who is trying to make a name for themselves) does not care about the long term players and supporters of the game, but only cares about how making the game harder and harder so you part with your cash. All the fun aspects are being removed…such as decent rewards for the mini games. The daily wheel has only paid out the max prize on average every 500 days in my case, this is only 1000 of their coins, which doesn’t last long…you’d think they were giving away millions! They match teams and individuals in tournaments against opponents they stand no chance against. The bugs in the game don’t get fixed…people get fobbed off week after week with them saying they are working on it. No they are not…they don’t care about that…just about spoiling what was once fun. People are leaving in droves due to these changes. Hope you are pleased with yourselves. One thing is certain though…you so t give a monkeys about what I wrote. Enjoy your bonus whilst it lasts…there will be no one left playing soon, and no one buying your match passes.

Gone seriously downhill
I previously wrote a review and gave it 2 stars now it has to be 1 star!!! The game has hit progressively worse to play with glitches & time wasting adverts that just go on and on & yes I understand that you need adverts to find your game but seriously the amount is overkill and off putting for what was once a fun game to play! I have been playing less and less due to ongoing issues after the last update it kept glitching out and shutting down the game which meant I lost progress, lost lives & lost patience!!! They told me there was nothing wrong with the game despite screen recordings showing this issue! Most recently the last week there has been an issue with one of the adverts it’s a Royal Match advert featuring Stacey Solomon & when it ends it restarts itself & you never get the X to close the advert it just keeps going on a loop so you have to to force close the game which means you don’t get the extra points for watching the advert (also adverts used to be a max of 30 seconds & now it’s more like a minimum of 45 seconds)
I have made contact several times advising that the advert is broken & ruining the game & have had no response the advert is still there still broken & so I give up on the game I’ll go and play royal match instead ironically the advert causing the issue which is also a free to play game WITHOUT adverts!!! You are literally turning people away from your game to other games because it is so broken and you don’t care 🤷♀️

good but have some suggestions
ok so first off, this game is pretty good. nice graphics, pretty objects and lots of things to mess with. but there are some things that are just unnecessary, like the timer because, im a slow worker and i don’t notice things as fast as other people. the timer makes me stress even more then i already am, since this game is a go to when im stressed. i just think it’s unnecessary since it’s never shown in the ads and make things inconvenient. the second thing is that, me personally, i have lots of trouble see numbers or letters and i often stutter or have trouble speaking in my head. maybe there should be a toggle button to make it just objects and no numbers or letters, or maybe the other way around? idk just something that sounds convenient. eh, otherwise it’s a cool game, i like it, only on level 4 because of how much i lose. (DUe To ThE TimEr GUfgjgv) but it’s a good game. approved 🍌.
EDIT: stress level are sky high when im playing this…this review has been here awhile, and i haven’t seen ANY fixes..im debating whether to delete this app or not. my mental heath is getting worse and worse because i haven’t been able to calm down from..well, the world. pls fix these things. i beg.🍌

I hope this one doesn’t disappear like the other one I wrote a couple of days ago
I would love to this game for quite a while, but lately it has become a haven for cheaters the scores. These people come up with an a matter of hours are phenomenal and completely unrealistic so they have to be doing some kind of a cheat. each game seems to be harder now. Lots more items to clear with less time requiring you to have to constantly pay 100 coins to keep going. The challenges are impossible if you’re not cheating because your opponents are getting millions of points more than you could possibly get if you don’t know how to cheat. There’s also fewer boosts in terms of ways to clear the board faster like the lightbulbs that you can use to pull things off without finding the matches. For the timer that you can use to add more time those used to be more plentiful. The ads are way longer and more intrusive two weeks ago I had 43,000 coins and now I’m down to about 16,000 because of these new changes that absolutely no one likes and everyone is complaining about and most of the people on my team have said that when their coins run out that’ll be the end of the game for them and I feel exactly the same way.

Why does the game freeze and crash so much. I love the game but am thinking about quitting after getting to level 6575 because it’s too frustrating now.
Too many glitches
Used to love this game, but lately there are too many glitches resulting in the game not working….
There are ads that run non-stop, literally just keep repeating in a loop so you can’t actually play the game and have to close it and start again. There is another ad that is just an infinite blank screen, doesn’t disappear, doesn’t do anything. When you click on it, it’s opens to a scam webpage in your browser and even if you close it to try to return to the game, the blank screen is still there and the only way to play again is to fully close the app and start again.
Absolutely useless!! Makes an otherwise ok game, unplayable.
Seems the app developers only care about ad revenue. Don’t bother!
