Gift Cards
I think Pie Tap should allow you to add your gift cards on the mobile app. It defeats the purpose takeout if you want to pay with a gift card. 20minute waits for your food because i couldn’t use a gift card on the app >.<

Disappointed for the first time
We LOVE Y’all! Food is always great and service on point but I was didsapointed today.
First, my order said it would be ready at 3:12pm so I got there at 3:20pm as I wanted to grab immediately to pick up my daughter from school by 330pm. Well my order was sitting by the kitchen. No urgency by anyone to pack my food.
Got home my bread was missing that comes with my Carbonara. I had some chicken lollipops missing - one was strangely super tiny.
I didn't get it bc the place was dead, not busy at all. So sad that someone just could not take their time to make sure orders were right.

False advertisement
The website told me it is national app day and that I get $10 off if I create an account if I use the code pizzalover10. I don’t like giving my data out but I found it worth it for 25% off my meal. The code doesn’t work so I call the shop and they tell me that it is only for pizza. This is very frustrating because it didn’t say it was just for pizza. Wish they would be more transparent. Great pizza/pasta but when they start taking my data and I still don’t get the deal I’m a little annoyed.

Why does everything need an app
I was perfectly happy to order online, but their online ordering system wouldn’t accept payment — I tried multiple credit cards. I download their app, taking up more space on my phone with useless apps, and my payment method ~suddenly~ works perfectly. Stop making apps for everything, I promise I won’t order enough to make that worthwhile. It is, however, worthwhile to have an account saved online for pietap that I can easily order from without taking space on my phone.
