Waiting over a week for help and nothing

I have had issues being able to claim my rewards and they just keep procrastinating and never addressing my issue of not being able to claim the rewards I have earned. I would use another wallet because getting support to help when you have an issue is non existent. If your lucky they might send some response once every couple days and still do t fix the issue. I have been unable to claim my rewards for over two weeks now which messes with my compounding and now I’m not sure if my total balance is at risk since I can’t claim rewards, my e I can’t transfer my balance out to another wallet that is trustworthy

Freezes when logging in

When logging in and entering 2fa the app doesn’t respond. It’s just stuck on verifying

They will steal your money

Don’t stake your money. They won’t give it back.
Don’t exchange your coin, they will take them and delete the transaction history

We do not control your wallet nor do we store your private key and passphrase, so we never have access to user funds. App issue!

I just downloaded the app, it freezes on the startup then closes! I cleared it from the recent apps and tried to re-open and still closed!!

Immediately Crashed

Just set up my wallet on my brand new phone and went to stake. Got the spinning wheel and the whole app froze. Glad I hadn’t put any ADA in it yet.

Impressive!

I just installed this app and created a wallet. It was fast. Just make sure you backup your wallet once you create wallet to make sure you have access.

Also, i got impressed by the app’s user interface. It’s neat and they support staking on 7 famous coins and that’s rad!
