I loved how it gets my child moving and off the screen and then even better to get rewarded with LEGO in the mail..very motivating.

Syncing not correct
We are connecting to the Garmin app on one device and BrickFit on another. The data we are getting from the Garmin app reflects what’s on the fit bit, however the BrickFit app isn’t showing all or same data. Today the watch says 4432 steps, app says 432 and no hours slept. At this rate we won’t be unlocking any more builds.

Great idea, too many bugs
Love the idea. Two years on still have issues with syncing. Was always better on apple. Just had issues again so tried to switch to apple and now app is closing each time login is entered.
Disappointing to go to efforts to complete challenges then not have them counted.
Annoying that it counts sleep - some prefer not to wear / have their kids wear the garmin at night.
The active minutes are really dicky and can be near impossible to have counted. This is an unnecessary added difficulty for children. Even had an adult attempt 15 mins jogging and was not counted.
Hopefully, someday, they sort the bugs out.
Unfortunately it makes it such an unpleasant and on/off stagnating experience vs flowing and easy to integrate into life and routine.
Will keep attempting to use it, but tends to be on/off due to all the disappointment and unnecessary tech challenges.
