I just have a feeling that Rukket is getting more money harvesting my email than selling me equipment. What a terrible way to deliver assembly instructions. Doesn’t even use same password database as their website. Definitely not buying their stuff again.VerboortTech
An app. Seriously.
Instead of sending paper instructions, you make people download your app to put it together. The thing we already PAID for, we now have to support the little app too just to use the thing we spent money on🤦🏾♂️ so incredible pointless and annoying.Q.13
No Instructions
Absolutely horrible buyer experience when you FORCE me to download your app onto my already cluttered smartphone just to get the instructions I need to set up my net. Seriously? Talk about a company that’s NOT thinking from a customer perspective. If it wasn’t for the fact that I bought this net a few months ago, and just getting around to setting it up, I would have returned it.
Regardless of how great your betting system is, this experience right here has tainted my view of your company and its products. Someone in your product and/or marketing organization needs to take a hard look at this approach. In todays hyper-privacy sensitive society, you should be more sensitive to pushing overly-obtrusive programs like requiring your app on their phone just to put it together.andrew_marks
So lame I have to register to get instructions
I spent 10 minutes digging through all of the parts in my golf-net box to find some instructions, come to find out I have to install an app register in order to get a single page crappy PDF of instructions which could have easily been included in the box.I haven’t even gotten to the quality of the net because I’m so annoyed having to figure out how to put it together.jwil34
